All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING COSTS

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Belfaire & Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at support@belffaireco.shop. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

However, Belfaire & Co. cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@belffaireco.shop and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

As we currently ship only within the United Kingdom, customers should not incur customs duties or import taxes on domestic orders.
