Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive items where applicable.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items.
If you ordered the wrong size, your first size exchange is free of charge. Any additional exchange shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange requests must be submitted within the 14-day return period and items must meet our return eligibility requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item,
- A defective product,
- An incorrect item,
contact us immediately at support@belfaireco.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Belfaire & Co. will cover any applicable return shipping costs and offer either:
- A replacement,
- An exchange, or
- A full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Belfaire & Co. will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- The first size exchange is provided free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to:
- Your original payment method; or
- Store credit, if preferred.
Refund processing may take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the return results from our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
